PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation system in which loss of rotational energy is suppressed. ! SOLUTION: A rotation system includes a cylindrical rotary frame coupled with the drive shaft of rotary drive means to the central shaft at one end, a fixed shaft provided coaxially with the central shaft of the rotary frame at the other end, and a bearing provided on the inside of the rotary frame, with the outer ring being fixed to the inner periphery thereof and the inner ring being fixed to the fixed shaft. A load is fixed to the rotary frame, a bearing is provided on the outer periphery of the rotary frame, and the bearing is further provided on the outer periphery of the rotary frame. !
