PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge pipe improved in workability of fixing a bolt to a water discharge pipe body. ! SOLUTION: A water discharge pipe 10 comprises: a water discharge pipe body 20 to be fixed to a counter 11; a to-be-fastened part 31 provided in the water discharge pipe body 20 and having a cutout 37; a shaft 51 passing through the cutout 37; a bolt 50 having a head 53 with a larger diameter than that of the shaft 51, at an upper end of the shaft 51 and fastening the water discharge pipe body 20 to the counter 11; and a fastening nut 60 screwed from the another (lower) end of the shaft 51 and fastening the to-be-fastened part 31 with the head 53. The cutout 37 is open to a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the shaft 51 of the bolt 50 and has such a size that the shaft 51 passes through the cutout 37 from the opening to the depth part. !
