PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank bag device which can easily execute an oil supply work. ! SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. (a), a bag 60 is attached to a fuel tank 13 via a base plate 30. A vehicle can travel in this state. When supplying oil, the base plate 30 is rotated around a hinge 21 as shown in Fig. (b). Thus, the bag 60 is made in a standing posture together with the base plate 30, and as a result, a fuel cap 15 is exposed. In this state, oil supply is carried out. After oil supply, an operation for return to the state shown in Fig. (a) is performed. At this time, the base plate 30 is correctly returned to an original position by action of the hinge 21. Although adjustment work for correcting a position of a permanent magnet and so on after return is essential in a conventional tank bag, such an adjustment work is not required according to the present invention. !
