Disclosed are scissors that cut leeks more safely and easily than normal slicing methods. The present invention relates to scissors where both blades have multiple double-sided knife edges attached thereto at regular intervals, with grooves interlocking both blade sets. Therefore, when a user lowers the scissors while holding the handle in a way that fixes the small double-sided knife edges of each scissor at regular intervals, the leek can be cut thinly, and in a longitudinal direction, by the double-sided knife edges. |
