A door position fixing apparatus and a door device having the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a door is automatically fixated to a closed position when the door is closed so as to enable the door to always be fixated to the accurate closed position to enable normal operation of an automatic door locking system. The present invention enables the opened position or the closed position of the door to be fixated in accordance with need to maintain the door to completely be opened or partially be opened without using an additional stopper so as to improve convenience of opening and closing of the door. The present invention comprises: one ore more first magnetic members provided in periphery of an entrance where the door is installed; and a second magnetic member provided to correspond to the first magnetic member in one side of the door and fixating the opening and closing position of the door which are adjacent to each other by a medium of a magnetic force. |
