The present invention relates to a ball bearing and, more particularly, to a ball bearing, an outer ring of which is manufactured high-purity alloy steel suitable for induction high-frequency heat treatment and an inner ring is manufactured by forming a surficial nitride layer on high-chrome alloy steel. The ball bearing comprises: an inner ring that has an inner ring track face formed on an outer circumferential face on the outside in a radial direction; an outer ring that has an outer ring track face corresponding to the inner ring track face on an inner circumferential face on the inside in the radial direction, and supports the inner ring inserted inward; and rolling balls that are accommodated in the inner ring track face and the outer ring track face to relatively rotate between the inner ring track face and the outer ring track face and are supported to rotate, wherein the inner ring is manufactured by high-chrome alloy steel including 0.95 to 1.05 wt% of C, 0.15 to 0.35 wt% of Si, 0.25 to 0.40 wt% of Mn, and 1.40 to 1.60 wt% of Cr, thereby easily manufacturing a ball bearing having characteristics of low torque and minimizing thermal deformation. |
