PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which damage of a disk detection mechanism can be prevented by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A guide part 5a facing a front plate of a frame body 1 across a detection pin 20 is provided on a front surface of a guide top 5 so as to project, and this guide part 5a is formed as an inclined side facing a free end part of the detection pin 20 with a gap G therebetween. Therefore, when a disk D is shifted from a center part of a disk slot 1a in a horizontal direction and is inserted, the detection pin 20 is flexurally deformed by receiving a disk insertion force and is pressed to the inclined side of the guide part 5a, whereby a component force in such a direction that the detection pin 20 is separated from the center in a breadthwise direction of the disk slot 1a is given to the detection pin 20 and allows a detection lever 16 to be smoothly rotated from an initial position to an operating position. |
