PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which connects upper parts of net-like panels constituting a fence to each other, and is easily constructed. ! SOLUTION: Horizontal folded-back parts 1a of two net-like panels 1 having horizontal longitudinal lines 2a and horizontal lateral lines 3a are connected by a connection metal fitting assembly 11. The connection metal fitting assembly comprises first and second holding metal fittings 12, 13, and is fastened with bolts 14 with the horizontally folded-back parts 1a vertically held, and the horizontal lateral lines 13a are fastened and held with a holding edge part 12b of the first holding metal fittings 12 and a holding edge part 13b of the second holding metal fittings 13.
