PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve seal reliability by accurately and easily forming the position of a seal member in a fuel cell member which is formed by adhesively laminating separators forming a channel of a cooling medium that cools an electrode part.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a fuel cell member used for a fuel cell which includes: separators 10 and 21; a power generation portion formed by holding an electrolyte membrane between catalyst layers of an anode and a cathode by adhesively laminating the separator 10 and the separator 21; and non-power generation portion disposed to cool electrode portions of the power generation portion. The method of manufacturing the fuel cell member includes: a seal portion forming process of forming an unvulcanized seal portion on a surface of the separator 10; a placing process of placing the separator 21 on the seal formation surface of the separator 10; and a crosslinking process of crosslinking and sealing the unvulcanized seal portion by pressing the separator 21 in a direction of lamination and heating it.
