PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container that can engage a container body with a lid part by the weight of the container body, and engage an engaging member, which is a supplementary engaging member, by one-time operation.SOLUTION: The storage container includes: a container body 2: a lid part 3; a first engaging member 4 having a first engaging member contact part that is inclined and provided in a protruding manner on one end part 4a side; and a second engaging member 5 having a second engaging member protruding part that is provided in a protruding manner in a central part 5a and provided to the container body 2 on a side of both end portions 5b that sandwich the first engaging member 4 when the lid is closed. The first engaging member contact part is engaged with a container body contact part provided on the side face of the container body 2 in a protruding manner by the weight of the container body 2 so as to engage the container body 2 with the lid part 3. The second engaging member protruding part is engaged with a lid part protruding part provided to the lid part 3 in a protruding manner so as to engage the container body 2 with the lid part 3. |
