PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a conventional energy saving effect while reducing manufacturing cost of an air conditioner 100 as a whole. ! SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a heat exchanger 20 for performing heat exchange between air flowing in an exhaust air flow passage L1, and air flowing in an intake air flow passage L2; and a control unit 50 for switching between a heat exchange state in which outside air is supplied indoors while the heat exchanger 20 performing heat exchange and a non-heat exchange state in which the outside air is supplied indoors without the heat exchanger 20 performing heat exchange. It also includes, in the intake air flow passage L2, a temperature sensor 30 for measuring temperature of the air flowing in the intake air flow passage L2 or a humidity sensor 40 for measuring humidity provided on the further indoor side than the heat exchanger 20. !
