PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor lighting device of a bus which inhibits enlargement of a shape of a vehicle width direction indoor side end part of a baggage rack and achieves cost reduction. ! SOLUTION: In an indoor lighting device of a bus, a lighting device 20 is provided at a baggage rack 10. The baggage rack 10 includes: a rack bracket 12 which is fixed to a wall surface or a ceiling constitution member 1c in a vehicle cabin; and a resin cover 6 that covers an end part of a rack panel 16 fixed to the rack bracket 12. A recessed part 16j for a device to which the lighting device 20 is attached is formed at a lower part of the rack panel 16, and the lighting device 20 disposed in the recessed part 16j for the device is fixed by the resin cover 6. !
