PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for manufacturing a solar battery for enhancement of an interface characteristic at a hetero-junction interface; and a solar battery enhanced in hetero-junction interface characteristic.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar battery comprises the steps of: (S1012) measuring, by a predetermined method, a plasmon loss peak of a single-crystal silicon substrate forming a hetero-junction interface in the vicinity of the hetero-junction interface and as a reference region, inside the single-crystal silicon substrate; and (S1014) calculating an annealing condition so that an increase of the plasmon loss peak at the hetero-junction interface is within +8%; the crystal structure is modified in quality in the vicinity of the hetero-junction interface so as to meet the condition. |
