PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and time-saving method for producing a transformed cell capable of intracellular expression of an RNA of interest, without previously linking the promoter sequence and the DNA sequence for the RNA expression.SOLUTION: A transformed cell capable of intracellularly expressing an RNA of interest is prepared by introducing into a cell a linear double-stranded DNA having a promoter sequence, and a linear double-stranded DNA comprising a DNA sequence for RNA expression and a terminator sequence in this order. By using such a production method, a transformed cell that expresses RNA of interest can be produced easily and in a short period of time. |
