PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving light-emitting efficiency and being downsized, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 comprises a substrate 10, a light-emitting element 20 mounted on the substrate 10, a sealing resin 30 covering the light-emitting element, and a DAM 40 provided around the light-emitting element 20. In other words, the light-emitting device 1 is a so-called COB-type light-emitting device. The light-emitting element 20 is provided close to a reflection surface of the DAM 40. The reflection surface is a plane surface inclined to an optical axis of the light-emitting element 20. |
