PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modular sensor platform device and system that realize addition or replacement of a sensor function.SOLUTION: In an apparatus that measures data showing physiologic activities of a user and is worn on a body part of the user, a modular sensor platform device 10 is worn on the body part and comprises: a band that has an inner surface contacting the body part at the time of being worn by the user; a modular sensing circuit that is arranged on the inner surface so as to be replaceable and contacts the body part; and multiple light sources that are arranged on the inner surface adjacent to the modular sensing circuit and emit light on the body part. The modular sensing circuit receives data showing a photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal of the user.
