PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a function that can be used even in a case where an image formation device is made to execute a job remotely by using a user terminal device.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 has an authentication function which limits a function that can be used for each user on the basis of authentication setting data that indicates usability of a predetermined function, and transmits an authentication setting change notification that indicates authentication setting data at a current time point to a user terminal device 3 when the authentication setting data is set or changed. The user terminal device 3 includes a driver 52 which transmits print data to the image formation device 1. When receiving the authentication setting change notification, it prohibits generation of print data which uses a function that cannot be used by the driver 52, on the basis of the authentication setting data indicated by the authentication setting change notification. |
