PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic protection circuit with a simple circuit configuration, which can exhibit a sufficient protection characteristic against electrostatic discharge without causing an erroneous operation in normal operation.SOLUTION: An electrostatic protection circuit comprises: a series circuit connected between a first node N1 and a second node N2, and having an impedance element R1 and a capacitor C1 connected to each other at a third node N3; a first transistor QP10 connected between the first node N1 and a fourth node N4, and turning ON according to the rise of the voltage generated in the impedance element; a voltage division circuit for dividing the voltage between the fourth node and the second node; a second transistor QN10 turning ON according to the rise of the divided voltage, and increasing current flowing in the impedance element; a detection circuit 11 activating the output signal when detecting the ON state of the second transistor; and a discharge circuit 12 flowing the current from the first node to the second node when activating the output signal from the detection circuit. |
