<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of detecting the state of a biological shape caused by a state of force.SOLUTION: Provided is a band-type device (shape change detection device 2, 20, 120, 150) for detecting a change in the shape of a biological portion (4), the band-type device comprising shape information extraction means (contact component 6, 22, 122, support component 8, and press-fitting band 60) and a sensor 12, 124). The shape information extraction means is wound around the biological portion in a press-fitting state, and forms a bent section (X) corresponding to the outer shape of the biological portion at a detection position that is set on the surface of the biological portion and extracts shape information about the biological portion. The sensor detects the amount of a change in the shape state of the bent section formed by the shape information extraction means against the change of state of the biological portion.</p> |
