PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating member and a coating device of using the same, capable of coating at a high speed, by using a very small coating needle. ! SOLUTION: A coating member 4 according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a coating needle holder 20 including a coating needle 24 and a base body for detachably holding the coating needle holder 20. The coating needle holder 20 includes casings 22 and 23, a fixing member 25 and a linearly moving member 26. The fixing member 25 is arranged inside the casings 22 and 23, and the coating needle 24 is fixed to the fixing member 25.
