PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in that vibration of a capacitor is propagated outward in a capacitor device. ! SOLUTION: A capacitor device 10 includes: capacitors 12, 14 and 16 which have vibration side surfaces 13 vibrated due to charging/discharging; a case 20 which holds the capacitors 12, 14 and 16 through a resin material; and plates 30, 32 provided on a position close to the vibration side surface 13 side of the capacitors 12, 14 and 16 than opposite side surfaces 24, 25 of the case 20 in a resin portion 22 formed between the opposite side surfaces 24, 25 of the case 20 facing the vibration side surfaces 13 of the capacitors 12, 14 and 16 and the vibration side surfaces 13 of the capacitors 12, 14 and 16. The plate 30, 32 are configured of a material having high flexural rigidity than the resin material and have a projection area larger than an area where the vibration side surfaces 13 of the capacitors 12, 14 and 16 are projected on the opposite side surfaces 24, 25 of the case 20. !
