PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of appropriately aligning a subject's eye with an intraocular lens inserted.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 10 includes an ocular characteristic measurement part (20). The ophthalmologic apparatus 10 includes a drive part 12 and a control part 33. The ocular characteristic measurement part includes a bright point image obtaining optical system (21, 22) that irradiates alignment index light (Ra) to a subject's eye E, thereby forms a corneal reflex bright point image Sa by reflection from a cornea Ec of the subject's eye E to obtains an image of the subject's eye E in which the corneal reflex bright point image Sa is formed. The control part 33 has an intraocular lens aligning mode that performs bright point image dimming control that reduces a luminance value of the image of the subject's eye E at an anterior bright point image Sb or a posterior bright point image Sc formed from the irradiation of the alignment index light to the bright point image obtaining optical system, while moves the ocular characteristic measurement part to a position of the corneal reflex bright point image Sa in the image of the subject's eye E obtained by the bright point image obtaining optical system. |
