PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer packing device capable of firmly fastening a slender article to a prescribed position, and surely retaining a buffer effect, efficiently storable in a packing case by minimizing a gap, enabling downsizing a case, and free from the need of a conventional buffer material. !
