PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact stimulation provision device. ! SOLUTION: A stimulation provision device 1 includes: a tactile stimulus 3 having a first side and a second side that protrude from a reference surface which is configured by the first side and the second side being arranged in a V-shape in a view point orthogonal to a reference surface; a top plate 17 that covers the tactile stimulus 3 from the side that the tactile stimulus 3 protrudes; a stimulus driving mechanism for driving the tactile stimulus 3 for the top plate 17 so that a subject can touch the tactile stimulus 3 with a fingertip through an opening 17a formed on the top plate 17; and an angle adjustment mechanism that can continuously adjust an angle between the first side and the second side by rotationally driving at least one of the first side and the second side. !
