PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light control panel for use in an optical imaging device, which is most suitably used to form light reflection parts arranged at regular intervals in parallel in a transparent plate material.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a light control panel for use in an optical imaging device includes: a first step of causing a transparent plate material 28 to pass between a grooved roll 18 having many parallel grooves 17 formed in a circumferential direction and a flat roll 20 having a smooth surface and forming many parallel grooves 17a of which the groove side surfaces facing each other are parallel and the groove bottoms are flat, on one surface of the transparent plate material 28; a second step of forming light reflection parts 12 by performing mirror treatment of forming light reflection surfaces on only the groove side surfaces facing each other of the parallel grooves 17a; and a third step of preparing two transparent plate materials 16a each of which has the parallel grooves 17a formed on one surface thereof, and laminating the two transparent plate materials 16a in a state where respective parallel grooves 17a are orthogonal to each other. |
