PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a seat pad for obtaining a seat pad which enables three-dimensional mesh-like bodies to be hardly displaced with respect to a pad main body while suppressing a stuffy feeling. ! SOLUTION: Three-dimensional mesh-like bodies 3, 4 are disposed on a molding face of a lower mold 11 onto which a liquid raw material of flexible foam is poured. An upper mold 12 is laid over the lower mold 11 to form a cavity C, and projection 13, 14 are projected from the upper mold 12 toward the cavity C for contact with the three-dimensional mesh-like bodies 3, 4 to fix the three-dimensional mesh-like bodies 3, 4. The three-dimensional mesh-like bodies 3, 4 are attached and fixed to a surface of a pad main body 2, so that the three-dimensional mesh-like bodies 3, 4 can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the pad main body 2 while the seat pad 1 is used.
