PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal transmission cable that has no gap between an insulated wire and a shield tape.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing device 10 of a differential signal transmission cable comprising: a first presser tape 6 helically wound around an insulated wire 4 composed of a pair of signal line conductors coated with an insulator; and a second presser tape 7 helically wound around the first presser tape 6. The manufacturing device 10 comprises: a winding head 20 for winding the first presser tape 6 and the second presser tape 7 in the same direction around the insulated wire 4 while moving along in the longer direction; and a twist prevention tool 30 for preventing the twist of the insulated wire 4, the tool 30 being disposed at a position more ahead in the moving direction of the insulated wire 4 than the position of the winding head 20. |
