PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power transmission efficiency of a N to N power transmission system.SOLUTION: A power transmission system in which power transmitters and power receivers perform N to N (N is an integer equal to or greater than 2) power transmission comprises a power transmitter including: power transmission means for transmitting power to a transmission target power receiver; detection means for detecting a new power receiver during a power transmission period in which the power transmitters in the power transmission system execute power transmission; and control means for terminating a power transmission period of the power transmitter and making the power transmission means start transmitting power to transmission target power receivers including the new power receiver, when detecting the new power receiver. Control means in a power transmitter detecting no new power receiver continues the power transmitter's power transmission period. |
