PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple control system design method for a cascade type motor control system added by feedback of positioning control to a speed control system.SOLUTION: Speed control characteristics are lowered in the dimension to the characteristics of a primary low-pass filter by providing the integral time constant of a speed controller by the ratio of moment of inertia of a motor, which is a control object, and a viscous friction coefficient. Further, position control characteristics can result in the form of the primary low-pass filter by using properties of speed feed forward control. Based on the above idea, a cascade type control system can be designed. |
