PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device that has suppressed a reduction in display quality, a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device includes: a mold 60 that covers the outer periphery of a liquid crystal panel 40 and has the contour to be a frame; a first hook 41a that is arranged between an element substrate 51 and the mold 60 and is formed of a light-shielding metallic material having an opening hole overlapped with a display area; and a second hook 41b that is arranged between an opposing substrate 52 and the mold 60 and is formed of a light-shielding metallic material having an opening hole overlapped with the display area, where the mold 60 covers from sealant 407 to an area overlapped with at least a part of the sealant 407 in plan view, on a surface of the first hook 41a and a surface of the second hook 41b. |
