PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device which improves lubricity while maintaining a full lock-up state in a lock-up mechanism. ! SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device controls a pressure of an apply chamber on a turbine runner side and a release chamber on a front cover side formed by partitioning a space between a front cover and a turbine runner of a torque converter by a clutch plate.
