Provided is a harness routing structure for an electric vehicle with which it is possible to reduce the load imposed on a harness, which passes through a floor panel, in the event of a frontal collision of the vehicle. Disclosed is a harness routing structure for an electric vehicle, wherein: a battery pack (5) is arranged below a floor panel (10); a PTC heater (84) is arranged above the floor panel (10) and more toward the front side of the vehicle than the battery pack (5); the battery pack (5) and the PTC heater (84) are connected by a strong-current harness (13) that passes through a harness through hole (14) formed in the floor panel (10); and the harness through hole (14) is set at an in-between position, in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, between a strong-current connector terminal (57C) to which one end (13a) of the strong-current harness (13) is connected and a clip fixing position (87a) to which the other end (13b) of the strong-current harness (13) is connected. |
