<p>A stand-up flexible liquid container having a containing body wherein a liquid product that could be consumed as cold or frozen is contained. It has a sealed side portions and upper portions making a liquid-tight construction. It is provided with plurality of dispensing or opening means disposed on the different positions or locations of the container to allow consuming or withdrawing the liquid or frozen liquid product. The dispensing or opening means is defined by tear notches disposed on the upper portion, on the approximate middle portion and on the bottom portion of the container. The tear notches on the middle portion and bottom portion is used alternatively to create a wider opening exposing the frozen liquid product ready for consumption. Furthermore, a straw insert means is provided on the upper portion of the containing body allowing straw to be inserted thereon for withdrawal of contents thereof.</p> |
