PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary cell in which the volume surface (surface of energy density) and the production surface (production man hour) are enhanced more than conventional.SOLUTION: A secondary cell includes a sheet-like first electrode and substrate exhibiting the function as a first electrode and the function as a substrate, a surface side power storage layer provided on the surface side of the first electrode and substrate, a surface side second electrode layer laminated on the surface side power storage layer, a rear side power storage layer provided on the rear side of the first electrode and substrate, and a surface side second electrode layer laminated on the rear side power storage layer.
