PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can achieve a reduction of driving noise due to the initialization drive of a shift lens correcting image shake and a reduction in start-up time, in a lens barrel collapsed state.SOLUTION: There is provided an imaging device that includes a shift lens 103 that corrects image shake occurring in a photographed image, a movable member that holds the shift lens, and a control unit 119 that drives the movable member at the start-up of the imaging device to perform the initialization drive of the shift lens. The control unit 119 switches the drive amplitude and drive speed of the initialization drive of the shift lens according to a start-up mode of the imaging device. |
