PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the focusing misalignment under an environment including both infrared light and visible light or due to the influence of the color of a subject.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 100 includes: a storage unit 22 in which an infrared light trace curve and a visible light trace curve are stored; a signal processing unit 20 for calculating a first screen luminance average value when an infrared cut filter is disposed on a light path and a second screen luminance average value when no infrared cut filter is disposed on the light path; and a control unit 21 for calculating an intermediate trace curve, using the difference between the second screen luminance average value and the first screen luminance average value, the infrared light trace curve, and the visible light trace curve.
