PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a woody resin molding capable of impregnating efficiently a modifier into wood flour in a compact obtained by molding a wood flour-containing resin composition, and excellent in strength and humidity resistance.SOLUTION: A production method of a woody resin molding includes steps for: (1) preparing a compact in the heated state by subjecting a wood flour-containing resin composition in the molten state containing a thermoplastic resin and wood flour to extrusion molding; and (2) dipping the compact into a solution containing a modifier so as to be cooled.
