PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly manage a situation of warehousing/delivery of a management object.SOLUTION: An RFID tag comprises: a communication unit which uses a first frequency in performing connection, transmits a beacon signal for the connection at first transmission intervals, and receives a response signal during a first response signal reception period; and a frequency control unit for performing frequency change when receiving the response signal. The communication unit transmits a beacon signal to an RFID reader at second transmission intervals longer than the first transmission intervals by using a second frequency used after connection completion; receives a response signal during a second response signal reception period; and continues to transmit the beacon signal by using the second frequency, when receiving the response signal. The RFID reader comprises: a plurality of radio units which receive a beacon signal transmitted from the RFID tag by using the first frequency or second frequency and transmit a response signal depending on the beacon signal; and a control unit which controls the radio units and notifies a management device of information included in a beacon signal.
