摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position determination system in which the position of objects in a radiation room can be determined for radiation therapy in a structurally simple and precise manner.SOLUTION: The system comprises: a plurality of room lasers 18, 20, 22, 24 arranged, for positioning a patient 12, to project laser lines onto a surface of the patient 12 located on a patient table 10 in a radiation room; cameras 34, 36 arranged to detect the laser lines projected onto the surface of the patient 12 by at least one of the plurality of room lasers 18, 20, 22, 24; and an evaluation and control apparatus 38 configured to determine coordinate points along the laser lines projected onto the surface of the patient 12 during a radiation procedure on the basis of the measurement values detected by the cameras 34, 36 through a realtime triangulation process and to compare the determined coordinate points with target coordinate points, the evaluation and control apparatus 38 including a memory device in which the coordinate points determined during the radiation procedure are saved for information management of the radiation procedure.
