PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for absorbers capable of stably manufacturing absorbers that hardly cause gel blocking and significantly exert absorption performance of the absorbers.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 of absorbers 3 includes: a revolving drum 2 having an accumulation recesses 22 on an outer peripheral surface 21 for accumulating raw materials of the absorbers 3 including fiber materials 31 and absorbent particles 32; and a duct 4 that supplies the raw materials of the absorbers 3 towards the outer peripheral surface 21 of the revolving drum 2 in a scattering state. The duct 4 is so formed that a cross section of a flow passage in a scattering area for scattering the absorbent particles 32 to the inside of the duct is formed smaller than the cross section of the flow passage located in the uppermost stream of the duct 4 and the cross section of the flow passage located in the lowermost stream.
