PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant control system capable of obtaining useful information that can improve the soundness of a plant from various kinds of information obtained from field devices.SOLUTION: A plant control system 1 includes: a field device 10 that is installed in a plant and performs at least either one of measurement and operation which are necessary for controlling the plant; a control device 20 that exchanges process data PD with the field device 10 and controls the plant, and also obtains field information FI indicating the state of the field device 10 from the field device 10; and a management device 30 that manages a plant state by collecting field information FI from the field device 10. At least one of the control device 20 and management device 30 generates soundness information (e.g, quality soundness KPI and facility soundness KPI) that indicates the soundness of the plant by using the field information FI.
