PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a plant extract that improves target health.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition which contains a separated material of a guarana plant, (i) a separated material of a ginkgo (ginkgo biloba) plant or its functional analogue, and (ii) at least one kind of fructose. The present invention further relates to a composition which contains the separated material of the guarana plant, (i) the separated material of the ginkgo (ginkgo biloba) plant or its functionality analogue, and (ii) at least one kind of fructose, the composition for the use of bringing arousal effect to the target without demonstrating influence detected in target cardiac activity, specifically, for the use of affecting a post. The present invention also relates to the composition to be used as daily taking during a period of at least 7 days. |
