<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has excellent abrasion resistance and achieves both good electrical characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a lamination type photosensitive layer, laminated on a conductive substrate, in which at least a charge generating layer including a charge generating material and a charge transport layer including a charge transport material are laminated in this order, or having a single-layer type photosensitive layer including a charge generating material and charge transport material laminated on a conductive substrate, where the photoreceptor has an outermost surface layer including at least a charge transport material, binder resin, and fluororesin fine particles; the binder resin shows a surface free energy value in a range of 25 to 35 mJ/mmin a charge transport layer formed by using a coating liquid for forming a charge transport layer having excluded the fluororesin fine particles; and the charge generating material is crystalline titanyl phthalocyanine showing first and second strong peaks, respectively, at a Bragg angle of (2θ±0.2°)9.4° or 9.7° and showing diffraction peaks at least at 7.3°, 9.4°, 9.7°, and 27.3°.</p> |
