SOLUTION: A communication apparatus includes a data processing device 200 including a first determination circuit 251, a second determination circuit 252, and a control unit 232. The first determination circuit 251 is provided on a transmission path P and determines whether a level of an electric signal of reception data propagating on the transmission path P is equal to or larger than a first threshold or smaller than the first threshold to output a result of the determination.
