PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure long-time stable seal performance even under an inferior environment. ! SOLUTION: A constant velocity universal joint comprises: an outside joint member 13 having an opening part 35 at one end; and an inside joint member 16 which transmits a torque between the outside joint member 13 and itself via a ball 17 while permitting the displacement of an angle. A boot fixing member 31 is firmly fixed to an opening end part 30 of the outside joint member 13, a bellows-shaped outer boot 41 which seals a front space of the opening part 35 of the outside joint member 13 is fixed to an external peripheral face of the boot fixing member 31 and an external peripheral face of a shaft 19 which extends from the inside joint member 16, and an inner boot 51 which closes the opening part 35 of the outside joint member 13 is fixed to the internal peripheral face of the boot fixing member 31 and the external peripheral face of the shaft 19. !
