PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application software acceleration testing device capable of performing acceleration test efficiently, and detecting failure which occurs during long continuous operation and which should be detected as failure, efficiently. ! SOLUTION: The application software acceleration testing device comprises: a central processing part 3; an application software 6 for test object; and a storage device 4 storing a clock function acceleration program 7 and clock function acceleration data 8. Using the clock function acceleration program 7 and the clock function acceleration data 8, a clock function of an operating system 5 is accelerated to n times (n: acceleration factor, n>1), and the clock function 5 is made a stationary state (n=1), namely the acceleration state and the stationary state are switched. !
