<p>According to the present invention, a composition comprises: minoxidil, a derivative thereof, or a salt thereof; and tretinoin, a derivative thereof, or salt thereof at a constant weight ratio, as active ingredients, thereby increasing an absorption amount of minoxidil. In addition, effects in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth of minoxidil, a derivative thereof, or salt thereof, and effects in increasing skin epithelial cells and regeneration of tretinoin itself are combined to provide excellent synergy effects. Moreover, according to the present invention, provided is a safe composition with excellent stability and causing no skin irritation by controlling pH of a composition or a content of each ingredient only, in comparison with a composition by the conventional technique of mixing the two ingredients using water.</p> |
