PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate fastener capable of fastening plural plates such as a shelf plate and a side plate, or a floor plate and a side plate so that the angle of the fastened plates becomes substantially orthogonal.SOLUTION: A plate fastener 10 comprises: a base member 50; fastening means (e.g. a pin member or a screw member 70); and a cap member 60. The base member 50 is inserted into a fitting hole 21 in the end of one of plates (e.g. a shelf plate in the case of a shelf plate and a side plate 20, or a side plate 20 in the case of a floor plate 30 and a side plate 20) and has an engagement part 51 at the circumference preventing the base member 50 from being removed from the fitting hole 21. The fastening means is fastened to the other plate (e.g. the side plate 20 in the case of the shelf plate and the side plate 20, or the floor plate 30 in the case of the floor plate 30 and the side plate 20). The cap member 60 has a flange part 61 closing the fitting hole 21. |
