PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening-closing system for manually opening a door, when a user can manually open the door, by discriminating the user based on acquired identification information.SOLUTION: A HEMS 30 controls an automatic door mechanism 60 and a damper 24 associated with ID information acquired from an electronic key of a resident by an authentication unit 72, by referring to an each resident door opening-closing control table regulated in accordance with automatic operation or manual operation of opening-closing of the door 20 having an automatic door mechanism 60 and a damper 24 for imparting resistance when manually opening-closing, and in accordance with the resident by associating the resistance of the damper 24 with the ID information of the resident when manually opening-closing the door 20. |
