PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output even temporarily output code information as new code information by summarizing it with the other already output information or non-output information afterwards, and to reconstitute and re-output the temporarily summarized code information.SOLUTION: The code system includes: an execution information storage part for storing execution information indicating the implementation obligation or/and beneficiary right of a user; a selection part for selecting one execution information stored in the execution information storage part; a code information generation part for generating one code information in association with the selected execution information; a code information output part for outputting the generated code information; a reselection part for selecting a plurality of execution information from the execution information associated with the already output or/and non-output code information or/and the execution information whose code information has not been generated: a code information regeneration part for regenerating one code information in association with the plurality of execution information selected by the reselection part; and a code information re-output part for outputting the regenerated code information.
